• Most recent/highest qualification (e.g., MD, BS, etc)
• Research interest relevant to APSAAR’s mission (as stated on the website)
• Any research publication(s) in this area (maximum 2 or 3)
• Any presentation(s) at meetings (maximum 2 or 3)
• Membership of any relevant society (e.g., KAAP, JMSAS, etc)
• Any experience relevant to treatment/counseling (brief description only)

Please note:

1. The whole need be no more than one page.
2. If the applicant already has a CV that covers the main issues, that is acceptable as an alternative.
